Claim on the spot
Most extras policies include speech pathology. Bring your health fund card and we'll claim on the spot in the clinic, so you only pay the gap.
Tip: ask your fund how much speech pathology your extras cover each year.
With a GP referral
Your GP may be able to set up a care plan that provides Medicare rebates for a number of allied health sessions each year. Bring your GP referral to your first appointment.
Some children with speech sound difficulties or stuttering may also be eligible for other Medicare items — ask us and we'll check what applies to your child.
