Website privacy notice
When you contact us through this website, we collect the details you choose to give us — such as your name, phone number, email address and a short description of what you’d like help with. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your child’s care.
Enquiries are emailed to the practice. A backup copy, including your internet (IP) address which we use only to block spam, is kept securely on our web server for up to 12 months and then deleted automatically. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone outside the practice for marketing purposes.
Please don’t include detailed health information in the website form. Once we’ve spoken, we’ll send you a secure intake form through our practice management system.
Our website doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
