Questions parents ask
Does my child need a diagnosis first?
No. You're welcome to get in touch with a concern and no diagnosis at all. We'll talk through what you've noticed and suggest the best first step.
Is it too early to get help?
If you have a concern, it’s never too early to ask. Early support makes a real difference, and for little ones therapy looks a lot like play.
Can we claim the cost back?
Often, yes — through private health extras (claimed on the spot in clinic), Medicare with an eligible GP plan, or the NDIS. Our Fees & funding page explains each option.
