Little Chefs: cook together, connect together
Little Chefs is a hands-on group therapy program where children work together to prepare a delicious recipe from scratch — think homemade pizza dough or topped waffles.
Real cooking is a wonderful way to build communication and social skills.

Who it's for
Primary school-aged children with social communication challenges, including children with autism, ADHD or related difficulties.
No formal diagnosis or cooking experience needed.
How Little Chefs works
Every child takes an active role in the cooking — measuring, mixing, assembling and creating — which naturally calls for constant communication, cooperation and teamwork.

Each child takes home what they’ve made, plus a recipe pack so the whole family can cook it again.
Pricing
